Dear Sir,
While the tracing of the Subjects remains, as ever, the prioraty of this command, it has recently become apparant that the problems of survivers may have escalated. While it would have been safe to assume that either the survivors of the defective procedure have either perished due to old age or otherwise, or been urged to remain quiet, I feel that this may not be the case. It has recently been brought to this offices attention that there may still be an annacounted number of survivers. While the confirmed number of 'emergents' remains at three, we are not sure as to how many others there are. At this time all we can do is list the names as were avaliable at the current time, and request both extras funding, and extra personnel. While most operations, such as the similery defective Vietnam experements involving preformance enhancing drugs, can be blamed on various countries or factions without the presence of the organisation as risk of exposure, I beleave these to be unuseual situations that were started by incompetence. Before I continue, I shall provide an attachment showing yourself the three confirmed emergents and their possibal bio...

Frank
While rediscovered in retirment, we beleave this person to contain sensitive infomation. While it is possibal to urge various goverments to deny our existance if he does reviel that he has interacted with our organisation, the possabilities of reporters would be present after. Certainly at the least fanaticals bent on showing us to the world would be prevoked. He does not, however, pose any physical hazard to us, and it is beleaved that he is growing senile in his age. He used to work, as far as we can obtain, for the British Commandos in the final years of World War two, but nothing is too clear. I would recomend bribary, and if that fails, elimination, possibaly blamed on heart faliure. It is worth noting that this is a feline, and thus he would be supseptable to bribary. One strange thing is, however, he is reputed to have kept his youth, through means we are not entirely certain at this time, othough he always have an object with him. More reasurch is pending.

Ash
While origenally missing in action and presumed dead, digging through files came to astonishing conclusion that this dog has survived capture, and origenally ended up in an old furrs home. while this would initially lead to the conclusions as thse for dealing with Frank, This charictor for some unexplained reason, gone missing. Currently we have a standard radius on tracking, and so far we have a number of leads that are worth following up. We are not too sure as to how much he knows about us, as reports from the Old Furrs home strongly sugested the presence of extreem amnesia. Oddly enough, all of our current leads focus on someone in his youth, possibably 20's. We are not too sure if people are, comics aside, getting younger, but these last two cases suggests that, and the next one strongly implies possibal useage of hazadus forces. Another possibal consideration was that Ash has, as well as Frank, served the Commandos in World War Two.

'Jake'
Embarrasingly enough, we have been led in circles by this case. Some names suggest 'James', while others suggest 'Jake'. There have been many variations, and in some places he has been referred to as 'morphius' and 'Merlin'. We had no idea when we initially brought him into the Korien Project, numbered 152, mainly because he has an elaborate and tracable history. This we have recently found to be a fake history. It has taken two years of searching to find out what this vulpine does, and along the way we have collected unuseual, and quite frankly disterbing, accounts. Apparantly he has some ability to affect others, presumably the mind, and most worringly enough, is reputed by all barr one eyewitness, to have more then one tail. Othough there is minor variation, he strongest number we can find is three. If this is corrolated, as has been done, to Analasis sections 5's accounts of Kitsune, there is a strong positive corrolation. I would advise using extreem caution if we ever actually trace this vulpine, and the only corse of action I can see is elimination.

[End of Attachment]

I beleave this demonstraits my concerns of this situation clearly.

As to how this could happen, During the Korien experement, Various individuals were recruted to take part in a mental enhancement. It would appear that the issue of our organisation was not kept hidden by the commander in Cheaif of experement number 152, instead opting on a trust basis.
Apparantly when the results were obtained, it was thought obvious that the subjects shouls be placed in the convinent conflict in the area, most likley killing them all. It would appear, however successful the tactic appeared, not all of the subjects were eliminated.

I hope that this infomation is of value to yourself, and that you understand that situation that both incompetence of other enforcers and sheer bad luck has placed me in.

I look forward to hearing your verdict,

Your sincerly,

James Transic.
